Google has launched a new TV guide that will make browsing for television content simpler and more efficient. The guide is designed to bring all of a user’s free TV channels together and organize them in a way that is user-friendly. Whether viewers are looking for true crime, old TV reruns, or cooking shows, the new guide provides ease of access to everything. Users can also save their favorite channels to the top of the guide for quick and easy access.
If you subscribe to premium live TV services like YouTube TV or Sling TV or have access to over-the-air channels, the new TV guide has a “Live” tab that enables you to watch all live channels in one location. The guide can be used on all Google TV devices, such as Chromecast with Google TV and TVs with Google TV built-in from Sony, TCL, Hisense, and Philips. Android TV devices will also be eligible for the new TV guide later this year.
