Microsoft Ads to launch UET Insights dashboard with new traffic data

Microsoft Ads is set to provide advertisers with more website data by utilizing its Universal Event Tracking Tag (UET Tag) to power the new dashboard UET Insights, which launches in June. The dashboard will provide data in near-real-time and will include metrics such as popular pages and device and country breakdowns. Additional website performance signals collected through the UET Tag will include page latencies, click and scroll interactions, and purchase cart details. UET Insights will be automatically enabled on all UET tags from June 29, and will be enabled by default on all newly created tags. Advertisers who do not wish to participate in the automatic upgrade may complete an opt-out form by June 26. The move is aimed at helping advertisers gain a better understanding of user engagement to improve ad targeting and drive more traffic and conversions.
