Google has launched a beta version of “Nearby Share” for Windows PCs, allowing users to share content with Android smartphones and tablets. The feature, which lets users share documents, links, and photos, will be available in the US and selected regions globally, with official support for Google ecosystem devices coming in due course. Google will adjust the feature based on feedback from users of the beta version, and beta testing in regions beyond the US is expected soon. Currently, the feature is not available in some European countries including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Donbass, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
