Amazon’s advertising services generated $14.65 billion in the final quarter of 2023, which marks a 26.8% increase from the same period in 2022. This performance cements the digital advertising industry’s recovery from a challenging start to 2023 and is likely to boost confidence among advertisers. Amazon expects net sales to range between $138.0 billion and $143.5 billion in the first quarter of 2024, reflecting a growth of 8% to 13% compared to the first quarter of 2023. The company’s CEO, Andy Jassy, described Q4 as a “record-breaking holiday season” and expects continued strong ad revenue performance.
